Jonathan has over twelve years of experience in international consulting, entrepreneurial ventures and executive positions. He is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and strong relational values. Being a trusted advisor to executives and teams from a diversity of contexts has given Jonathan insights for relating to a wide variety of people, organizations, situations and cultures.

With his passion for diverse cultures, Jonathan has directed international projects and consultations in leadership development, organizational growth, inter-cultural communication and team building with cross-cultural teams and organizations in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Prior to establishing InterWoven~Global, a business and community development cooperative, Jonathan was co-founder of Ingram Labs, a pioneer in producing interactive solutions for companies such as Rockwell International, Microsoft Corporation, Intel, and Xircom. He also has consulted and worked extensively with several emerging companies such as AtomFilms, CustomerNation and Telena Communications. He has significant international experience and has done effective facilitation in a wide variety of settings - from Los Angeles, California to Ulanbattur, Mongolia.

Jonathan was also co-founder and managing partner of Enkubator from 1999 to 2001, a new venture consulting firm, where he was responsible for identifying and developing an investment portfolio. He provided strategic counsel in the areas of organization design, contract/license agreements, strategic planning, capital-raising and executive team-building for emerging companies.

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies where he researched the effects of globalization upon leadership, spirituality and organizational systems. As a lifelong learner, Jonathan continues to explore and educate himself in a variety of disciplines.

Jonathan spends as much time as possible exploring the great Northwest with his wife Jennifer and their four children from their home on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
